Anonymous report of a rapper /singer in Bhutan.
Nothing special yet so special! I remember the day we all sat down to find a name for our crew. That day, I felt like one of my to-do lists had been fulfilled. The day we all sit down and spit our bars on a fulfilling beat, I would strike out one of the phrases, written with the last remnants of the chemical, which was just enough to pen my last objective down.

I would like to keep my name and my crew members’ identity anonymous. Well, it’s nothing confidential. I’m just tired! Tired of having to beg people in Bhutan to like my songs. I have been fully accustomed to requesting people to like my songs. Oh! They must look at me with grimace now. When will I ever get that breakthrough? Will I even get it again? Am I not enough?
What am I struggling for? I know I do not gain anything out of singing or rapping. My parents feel I am wasting time and my relatives make a mockery out of me. Am I used to getting validations from other people?
I was filled with these doubts. Doubts hold us back! It did the same to me until I met some like-minded people. We decided to give us a shot and bring our dreams into reality. Yes! We formed a crew. This was the moment of realization for me. I said to myself, “Let my music do the talking.”
Now it’s time to rap our lungs out. The sun will shine on that day. We will enter the studio and give our best. Perhaps then, people will love our music and that day, I would emerge victorious because we would emerge victorious. Together! That day, people will ultimately know the real members of Kaizenian.

WHY’all must be wondering, why the term “Kaizenian” has been chosen. Let me tell you all what Kaizenian is all about-our mission, our vision and the six Kaizen ways we honor and live by.
What is Kaizenian?
Kaizenian is the name of our crew.
Kaizenian is derived from the word- "Kaizen", which means changing for the better. We are a group of individuals who abide by the Kaizen model and are hence called 'Kaizenians'. Our music would thus be focused on producing unique and creative output.
Vision
Our vision is to become a global phenomenon. We would want to start that process by persevering and winning over the people's hearts in Bhutan first.
Mission
Our mission is to leave a significant foot-print by pouring love, light and happiness through our music.
The Six Kaizen Ways
The six Kaizen ways that we are believe in are:
1. We are bent on keeping our minds open and looking out for opportunities that would benefit us and the Bhutanese population in general. In fact, we are only interested in opportunities related to music. Therefore, the first Kaizenian way is stated as 'identifying an opportunity.'
2. We would not only look out at opportunities but also 'observe the current situation.' What's the scenario like right now? How can we tap our potential and rise above others in the hip hop environment? Who are our main competitors? These are the questions we ask ourselves to keep persisting and ultimately aiming towards excellence.

Here, we dwell on aspects which make us unique and different from everyone else. We are open to ideas that might sound crazy because that is another unique product which could be led to. We have been following several models of success and been trying to implement them in our quest.
4. We would come up with new methods and ultimately find a way to test it. For example: After our release, we could form an online questionnaire and find out if people really liked our output or not and ask for their feedbacks as well.

5. After implementing it, we would keep checking and re-checking if the method really serves our purpose or not. That can be done via monitoring and evaluation. We look out for factors which can assist in promoting our product for the output to be worthwhile and get spread beyond the boundaries of our Nation.
6. We evaluate the new method and avoid to go to the old habit. We work on ourselves to upgrade our thoughts and equalize the concept of our passion and our desire for profit generation through our profits.
In conclusion, I know our goal is magnanimous. Is it achievable? Definitely! I hope our crew members give equal effort into making our dream possible. Together we can because one is never enough! The first step towards reality is “dreaming”.
